关于有些视频A卡能补帧但补不满的问题

如图，应该是新出现的大佬，分享风格类似于以前的11番小队，PV,CM,SP等等都有
但是不知道为什么他的视频A卡补不到60帧
同样是HEVC和10bit，以前是可以补足的，这还是第一次遇到

还有些视频压根不补帧，比如：

A卡补帧不支持25fps。
楼主的片源是动态帧率，madVR里frame time还是显示16ms，计算渲染帧率的的算法不一致吧。

那么请问能通过设置改吗，毕竟这个片源不是25FPS的，帧是补上了，补不满而已
