matrix和primary轉換求教

我手上有一個NV內建錄屏錄下來的影片，我想要請問的是如果我想要用fmtconv把matrix和primary轉換成BT.709該怎麼做呢，它PAL跟NTSC都有寫也讓我很混淆，BT.470 System M寫的跟MADVR裡的SMPTE 170M也不一樣，然後想求教Transfer characteristics到底是做什麼用的。
